SOUTH SHORE HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION ALERT- AMBULANCE ACCESS CHANGES

We have just received the attached construction alert from Eugene Duffy, South Shore Hospital. This important information is regarding the upcoming changes to the ED ambulance entrance access due to the ongoing ICU construction project.  The access changes to the South Shore Hospital Emergency Ambulance traffic will be effective July 13 – September 30, 2016 as follows:

 

Alternate Access

Wed., 6 a.m. - Mon., 4 p.m.

All EMERGENCY ambulance traffic, please use alternative access driveway to the ambulance bay.

Normal Access

Mon., 4 p.m. - Wed., 6 a.m.

All EMERGENCY ambulance traffic, please use the normal access driveway to the ambulance bay.

You may be directed by an EMS Liaison or Public Safety Officer during peak traffic times.

Inter-facility transfer ambulances, please go to the South Entrance on Fogg Rd.

If spaces are filled at South Entrance, please go to emergency ambulance bay.
