Train The Trainer Program "EMS Response to High-Risk Infectious Disease Patients" (Free Of Charge)
In coordination with the DelValle Institute for Emergency Preparedness, Boston Public Health Commission Office of Public Health Preparedness, Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Office of Preparedness and Emergency Management and Office of Emergency Medical Services, we are pleased to offer a “Train the Trainer” program on EMS Response to High-Risk Infectious Disease Patients free of charge. All ambulance services are strongly urged to send 1-2 representatives to one of the programs so that we can ensure we are able to provide this crucial education to as many EMS personnel as possible.
This program will allow you to bring vital information, and refresher knowledge to your members to keep themselves and other members of the community safe. Through DPH grants we will be able to provide digital and printed copies of all course material for the program.
Since this training is being coordinated through the Regional Councils, only instructors who have completed the “Train the trainer” program will be allowed to instruct the program on a local level.
In order to have the appropriate supplies we need for the program, please contact Betty Ericksen at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot no later than Wednesday, September 7th 2016.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
