Dear Provider,

The Metropolitan Boston EMS Council (MA EMS Region IV) is in the process of surveying the provider services within the Region to determine what they feel are priorities the Region should consider to further the EMS system.

The MBEMSC is a private, non-profit corporation designated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to coordinate the delivery of out-of-hospital emergency medical care in the sixty-two cities and towns that comprise the Metropolitan Boston Region (Massachusetts EMS Region IV)

Follow the link to the short survey that asks you to provide the Council with some basic feedback. The survey looks to gain information on such areas as: communication from the region, the website, staff, effectiveness of committees; and most importantly, what the provider feels are the most important topics the Region should be considering.

Our hope is that you will complete this survey and give us additional feedback regarding the direction and the type of work you would like to see the Region do to develop and enhance the EMS system within Region IV.

Please submit surveys to the Region IV EMS office either on-line, by fax, email, or regular mail . Surveys are due back by June 1, 2006. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office at (781) 505-4367. Thank you for your participation in this endeavor.
